Established in 2012, Headland Montessori’s Manly Campus offers outstanding Montessori Early Childhood Education and Long Day Care. Located in the heart of Sydney Harbour National Park, our campus is surrounded by native Australian bushland while remaining conveniently located within a five-minute drive of the Manly ferry.
Our campus is licensed for Long Day Care, approved for Childcare Subsidies (CCS), and NESA-accredited as a NSW Independent School for Kindergarten. As one of the few Long Day Care services in Australia to hold this accreditation, we allow children to complete their Foundation year with us before transitioning to Year 1 at a primary school. This three-year Montessori program, designed for children aged 3 to 6, is essential for families seeking a comprehensive and continuous Montessori education.
The highly qualified educators at Headland Montessori have developed a bespoke Curriculum Mapping framework to meet NESA standards and maintain our status as a registered school. We provide a holistic program that follows each child’s individual needs and developmental goals.
